2018, first digital print equipment delivery

Our business began

with one product, a pop-up inflatable toy called Bonk Fit. It’s as fun as it sounds. We got traction with Walmart. We received inquiries to customize it from 20th Century Fox, Captain Morgan, Frito-Lay, and Google. We saw our future in custom manufacturing.

In 2018, we opened a production facility in Little River, SC to specialize in sublimation and latex printing with full-service sewing and embroidery operation. We partnered with REPREVE to utilize sustainable textiles. In 2019, we launched e-commerce brand BFIT540 to offer custom sports uniforms and logo apparel. In 2020, we partnered with mikeroweWORKS to help close the skills gap in America. To grow our workforce, we established an Apprenticeship Program with Horry Georgetown Technical College and Apprenticeship Carolina. We also partnered with Vocational Rehab to employ people with disabilities. In 2022, we invested in 3D knitting to specialize in technical textiles with recycled content and certified-impact reporting.

My name is Donna Brin, CEO of bFIVE40. I approach business as I do life, with purpose and empowerment, as demonstrated by our name …

There are 360 degrees in a circle, a flat shape. At 540 degrees, an object takes-on depth. When you work with bFIVE40 it’s more than a purchase, it’s deeper than that … it’s all the good that comes from it.
