Nov 2018, first equipment delivery
Our business began…
with one consumer toy product that made it into Walmart. We received inquiries from 20th Century Fox, Captain Morgan, Frito-Lay, and Google. We saw a future in custom textile products.
In 2018, we opened a production facility in Little River, SC to specialize in sublimation printing and hired our first seamstress. We partnered with REPREVE to offer sustainable options. In 2019, we launched sportswear brand BFIT540 to offer sublimated sports uniforms. In 2020, we partnered with mikeroweWORKS to help close the skills gap in America and exploded with masks. To grow our workforce, we established an Apprenticeship Program with Horry Georgetown Technical College and Apprenticeship Carolina. We partnered with Vocational Rehab to employ people with disabilities. In 2021, we invested in embroidery to support our uniform program. In 2022, we invested in 3D knitting technology to streamline production and lean into custom products.
